This is the latest surprise fee they’ve introduced, and it wasn’t mentioned when I registered. I’ve already submitted all my documents, and my account was approved. Now, out of nowhere, they’re asking for this new fee. The explanation they provided doesn’t seem to justify the charge, and it’s making me wonder if this is just another tactic to delay withdrawals. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
