CloudtradesFX is extorting me for $380 to fix a "Low Credit Score" on my account

The support desk claims my "Internal Credit Rating" dropped to 65 and I must pay $380 to "buy back" the points to reach the withdrawal threshold of 100. A trading platform has no authority to create a fake credit score to lock up a user's own money. You are moving the goalposts every time I get close to a payout. My $1,420 balance belongs to me, and using a made-up scoring system to prevent me from withdrawing it is a criminal act of theft.
