They informed me that my withdrawal of $3,000 is “on hold” because I haven’t paid a $900 “service charge fee.” This is the first time they’re asking for a fee like this, and it wasn’t disclosed during registration. It feels like they are just creating new fees to hold onto my money. I’ve never encountered this with other platforms. Should I pay the fee, or is it another scam tactic? What should I do?
