How could Swisssborg demand a $1,135 “compliance bond” only at withdrawal, not at onboarding?

How could Swisssborg demand a $1,135 “compliance bond” only at withdrawal, not at onboarding?

If it were genuine compliance, it would precede any trading activity. I compared their claim with public rules from multiple regulators and found no such requirement. Their “policy PDF” contained no company registration, no revision history, and suspicious formatting. When I asked for a signed letter on letterhead naming the regulator, they said the document was “confidential.” That’s not how regulated finance works—controls are auditable, not secret. Next, they attempted urgency theater: “Pay within two hours or your profits are forfeited.” Profits don’t expire; scammers’ patience does. I then requested a partial withdrawal to test good faith. Denied—unless the bond was prepaid. This locks users into a sunk-cost trap. The logic collapses under basic scrutiny: unverifiable fees, hidden counterparties, shifting narratives.

When a company’s claims of global operations dissolve under basic scrutiny—no verifiable staff, no recognized regulator, and no transparent structure—the picture is clear. The façade may look polished, but the mechanics are designed to mislead
