They’ve informed me that before I can access my $2,500, I need to pay a $1,000 “payment validation fee.” This seems completely out of the blue, and I’ve never had to pay such a fee before. I’ve completed all my KYC processes and submitted all the necessary documents. This doesn’t feel right, and I’m starting to think this might be an excuse to prevent me from withdrawing my funds. Has anyone else been asked for a "payment validation fee"? Should I pay it?
