This came out of nowhere. I had already completed every single requirement weeks ago. My documents were accepted, and my withdrawal request was supposedly “in queue.” Then, out of the blue, they say I need to pay this new charge for “external authentication processing.” I’ve never even heard of that. It sounds like they’re just inventing terms to squeeze more money. Is anyone else facing this? I need to know if paying it even gets your money back.

They’ve now introduced a $2,400 “release gateway charge” on my withdrawal. I have no idea what that means, and they couldn’t explain it either. I’ve already submitted my bank details, passed every verification check, and was told my withdrawal was approved. Then this new charge appears. I asked why this wasn’t disclosed earlier, and they just said it’s part of their “tier-three transaction process.” Sounds like they’re making things up as they go. I’ve gone along with everything, paid what I was told, and still—no funds. This feels like a scam being run with a support team trained to delay and confuse. I don’t know how long this can continue, but I’m reaching my breaking point.I wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone.
