Why does DominantIndex require a $550 "Liquidity Injection" for a simple payout?

Every time I attempt to withdraw my $900, the status changes to "Rejected" with a note saying the liquidity pool is insufficient. Support tells me I need to "top up" my account with a liquidity injection to "bridge the gap" before the system can release my funds. This is a logical fallacy—I am trying to take money out, not put more in. If the platform lacks liquidity, that is a failure of the broker, yet you are trying to make it my financial responsibility. This is a trap designed to keep my capital locked forever.
