I’ve been trying to withdraw for over three weeks. At every stage, they come up with a new excuse or random charge. This latest one is completely made up—no broker I've dealt with uses such terminology. Their support keeps saying, “It’s a backend compliance process.” I asked for documents, they sent nothing. This platform is a joke. They have no interest in returning funds—they only want to squeeze every cent they can. I’ve been scammed, and I hate admitting it. Please don’t trust Live Smart Trade.

I complied with every step, submitted all documents, and then got told I had to pay a “profit verification charge.” This wasn’t listed anywhere, and I never agreed to it. I asked why it’s needed—they couldn’t give a real answer. The more I pressed, the more evasive they became. It’s obvious now they’re inventing reasons to hold my funds hostage. I feel completely scammed. No honest business behaves like this. This platform is not legitimate. It’s a scam and should be avoided at all costs.
