Throughout the registration and verification process, no mention was made of such a fee. Despite completing every required step, I was shocked to see my withdrawal blocked by this surprise charge. Requests for official proof or policy documentation were ignored or met with vague excuses. This tactic clearly aims to hold client funds hostage and extort additional payments. I feel deeply deceived and strongly warn other traders to stay away from 365assetexchange.
