That’s exactly what Simplexautotrades demanded from me at withdrawal time. Despite completing all verification requirements and having my account approved, this surprise fee stopped my payout. When I asked for proof or policy, support only gave vague scripted answers. This is a typical scam tactic to hold funds hostage and extort money. I strongly warn others to avoid this broker.
