Their policy documents say nothing about fund clearance tariffs, and when I confront them with this, they insist that newer internal rules apply. That explanation makes no sense. My withdrawal has been stuck for days, and every time I push for progress, they remind me that the tariff is still unpaid. It feels like they are inventing new financial obstacles to delay my access to the funds I already earned.
