I had completed all the steps: ID verification, bank linking, even secondary authentication. Everything was approved. Then they surprise me with this charge. I asked them where this fee was listed in the terms—they couldn’t answer. Instead, they said, “It’s for internal transaction matching.” That makes no sense. It’s clear they’re inventing fees to prevent users from withdrawing. They’re dragging this out on purpose. I now believe the platform is built to lure users in, lock their money, and bleed them dry through fabricated fees. Swisssborg is a scam in every sense.
