They kept repeating that the fee was essential to “restore account alignment.” I checked their user agreement again, and unsurprisingly, nothing in the document mentioned any form of clearance fee. When I pushed for proof, they simply insisted that the system cannot progress without payment. The way they shift blame onto a vague “system issue” feels intentional, as if they want to deflect responsibility. If everything was already approved weeks ago, why introduce a new fee only now? This entire situation makes it clear that Xvaultsprotrades is inventing obstacles to keep withdrawals locked inside their platform.
