When I challenged them, I was met with vague language like “internal workflow compliance.” It’s a made-up phrase to confuse users. This is exactly how scams work—they get you comfortable, then trap you with surprise fees. I feel completely deceived. No professional financial institution operates like this. Protrade Options is a scam platform hiding behind fabricated policy and fake procedures.

Out of nowhere, they added a “transaction validation cost” to my withdrawal process. I’ve traded on many platforms and never encountered such a term. It wasn’t disclosed at signup, and I wasn’t warned about it during KYC. When I questioned support, they offered no proof of policy. I’ve now realized I’m not getting my money back.
