This was never mentioned when I signed up, funded the account, or during any verification process. I’ve already gone through all the required KYC steps and received confirmation that my account is verified. Now, out of the blue, they claim this fee is “mandatory for final processing.” I asked if the amount could be deducted from my withdrawal, but they insisted it had to be paid upfront. Honestly, this feels like another excuse to delay or block my withdrawal. I did some research and couldn’t find any legitimate financial platform that charges a “liquidity reserve fee.” This isn’t the first time they’ve thrown unexpected charges at me. Every time I get close to receiving my funds, there’s a new “policy” or “regulatory requirement” they bring up. It’s incredibly frustrating and honestly makes me feel like I’m being scammed. Has anyone else experienced this?
