That fee was never mentioned during the signup process, nor was it listed in their terms and conditions. I was told everything had been approved—my account was fully verified, and the withdrawal would be processed within 48 hours. But instead, they throw a new fee in my face. I contacted customer service, and they gave me the same vague excuse: “Your transaction is under security review.” That means nothing. No explanation. No invoice. Just delay tactics. It’s so frustrating to see a company intentionally create hurdles when it’s time to pay what they owe. It’s become obvious that they never intended to let me withdraw. They want to exhaust users into either paying more or giving up entirely. This platform is not trustworthy, and I can no longer give them the benefit of the doubt. Protrade Options is a scam. Period.
