The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) updated its regulatory blacklist on November 10, 2023, adding four new websites belonging to entities unauthorized to provide investment services or carry out investment activities.

On November 10, 2023, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued a warning against four entities providing financial services without authorization.

These four unauthorized websites are specifically:

  1. stonexly.com
  2. retailfx.net
  3. ftmartzone.com
  4. ctcapitaltraders.com

CySEC alerts investors that, according to Article 5 of Law 87 (I) / 2017, the aforementioned websites are not affiliated with any entity licensed to provide investment services and/or conduct investment activities. The regulatory body urges investors to verify whether an entity is licensed to offer investment services and/or conduct investment activities before doing business with any investment firm.
