cTrader was named Best Platform Provider at Forex Expo Dubai 2026, held on September 22-23 at Dubai World Trade Centre. The event brought together forex brokers, prop trading firms, fintech providers and trading professionals. Spotware presented updates to cTrader and cBridge, while its institutional liquidity brand, cFinancial, made its first public exhibition appearance.
cTrader serves more than 12 million traders
The award comes as Spotware continues to expand its trading technology offering. cTrader now serves more than 12 million traders worldwide and works with more than 300 brokers and prop trading firms. For platform operators, system stability, access to liquidity and customer acquisition can directly affect retention and growth. As a result, platform providers are competing on more than order execution and market data.
At the Dubai event, Spotware highlighted cTrader Leads, a customer-acquisition channel built into the platform. It is designed for both newly established and larger brokers, helping them reach a global trading community and identify prospective clients with clear trading intent. The service does not charge upfront fees, although results will depend on each broker's products, geographic coverage and operating model.
Spotware also demonstrated new cTrader tools aimed at artificial intelligence use cases, including an MCP server for trading and cTrader CLI. The tools target traders and platform operators seeking AI-driven workflows, reflecting a shift in trading software competition toward automation and developer interfaces alongside traditional terminal features.
cFinancial presents multi-asset liquidity services
Spotware also showcased cBridge, a fixed-price liquidity bridge designed to connect different trading platforms. The product is intended to help brokers link liquidity sources with their existing trading infrastructure.
cFinancial appeared at the exhibition for the first time as an institutional liquidity provider. The brand offers liquidity across forex, precious metals, indices, energy, cryptocurrencies and synthetic products, using aggregated pricing and ongoing execution-quality monitoring. Its services are aimed at institutional clients and brokers that require executable quotes and access to multiple asset classes.
cFinancial said it is not tied to a specific bridge provider. For brokers that already have trading infrastructure in place, this means they can potentially use their existing systems when connecting to the liquidity service rather than rebuilding their technology stack. Actual onboarding conditions, pricing quality and execution performance will still depend on the broker's scale, asset mix and technical configuration.
cBridge adds execution-monitoring work
Spotware also presented new development work for cBridge, including features related to markout analysis. The available material did not provide further details on the feature's mechanics, use cases or planned launch schedule. For brokers and liquidity providers, the ability of a bridge to record execution outcomes, assess post-trade price movements and use that data in liquidity management is an important part of evaluating execution quality.
The product demonstrations at Forex Expo Dubai 2026 highlighted several priorities for trading technology providers: trader and broker terminals, customer-acquisition and AI tools on one side, and liquidity aggregation, bridging and execution monitoring on the other. cTrader's award and cFinancial's debut represent separate steps in Spotware's platform and institutional liquidity businesses. Whether the new products translate into broader broker adoption will depend on deployment, execution data and customer feedback.
