Caitong Securities Co., Ltd., known as Caitong Securities, is a comprehensive securities holding group headquartered in Hangzhou. The company's predecessor, Zhejiang Financial Securities Company, was established in 1993 with a registered capital of 4.644 billion yuan. Caitong Securities was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in October 2017, becoming the first provincially-owned state enterprise in Zhejiang Province to be fully listed on the A-share market, with the stock code 601108.

1. In May 1993, Zhejiang Financial Securities Company was established, becoming the first securities company in Zhejiang Province.
2. In June 2003, Zhejiang Financial Securities Company and some local treasury service intermediaries in Zhejiang Province jointly established Caitong Securities Brokerage Co., Ltd.
