- In September 2002, Aijian Securities was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for establishment, with the original controlling shareholder being Shanghai Aijian Group Co., Ltd.
- In June 2009, Shanghai Lujiazui Financial Development Co., Ltd. acquired 51.136% of Aijian Securities' equity, becoming the controlling shareholder.
- In June 2015, Aijian Securities relocated its registered office to the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
- In December 2016, Shanghai Aijian Group Co., Ltd. acquired 28.636% of Aijian Securities' equity from Shanghai Huiyin Investment Co., Ltd., holding 44.454% of Aijian Securities' equity.
