GF Holdings (Hong Kong) Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "GF Holdings Hong Kong") is a wholly-owned subsidiary established in Hong Kong by GF Securities Co., Ltd. in 2006 with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Through its subsidiaries, GF Holdings Hong Kong has obtained Type 1, 4, 6, and 9 licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, offering cross-border financial services for global and local enterprises, institutions, retail, and high-net-worth clients. These services include brokerage and wealth management, corporate finance, institutional client services, asset management, and investment management.

Key Milestones in the Company's History
In 2007, GF Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage Limited and GF Financing (Hong Kong) Limited were awarded securities brokerage and investment banking licenses by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, respectively.
In 2011, GF Investment (Hong Kong) Limited was established, focusing on private equity investment business.
In 2014, GF Securities (Canada) Limited was founded, marking a significant milestone for GF Securities' entry into the North American market.
In 2015, GF Global Capital Limited was established and received the "Best M&A Investment Bank" award at the 2015 "Belt and Road" (Hong Kong) Summit and China Securities Golden Bauhinia Awards hosted by Ta Kung Pao.
