Cinda Securities Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Cinda Securities") is a comprehensive securities company established in April 2002 in Shijiazhuang. Its predecessor was Hebei Cinda Securities Brokerage Co., Ltd., which was listed on the A-shares in May 2021.

Development History

1. In April 2002, Hebei Cinda Securities Brokerage Co., Ltd. was officially established with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
2. In February 2010, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company was renamed Cinda Securities Co., Ltd.
3. In December 2015, Cinda Securities was transformed into a corporation.
4. In May 2021, Cinda Securities launched its initial public offering on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with the stock abbreviation "Cinda Securities".
5. In July 2021, Cinda Securities was rated as an A-grade broker, an upgrade from the BBB grade in 2020.
