Caixin Securities

Caitong Securities Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Caitong Securities") is a comprehensive securities company established in August 2002 in Changsha. Caitong Securities Co., Ltd. is the core enterprise under Hunan Caitong Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and is the only state-owned holding securities company in Hunan Province.

Development History

1. In August 2002, Caitong Securities Co., Ltd. was established.
2. In February 2007, Caitong Securities acquired 66.67% equity of Hua Ou International Securities, becoming its controlling shareholder.
3. In October 2009, Hua Ou International Securities was renamed Fortune Lyon Securities, becoming a Sino-French joint venture securities company.
4. In August 2014, Fortune Lyon Securities was acquired by Shanghai Huaxin Energy for 1.034 billion yuan, becoming its wholly-owned subsidiary, and was renamed Shanghai Huaxin Securities.
5. In March 2020, Caitong Securities was renamed Caitong Securities Co., Ltd., and its subsidiary Desheng Futures was renamed Caitong Futures Co., Ltd., achieving uniformity with the name of the holding shareholder.
6. In December 2021, Caitong Securities was restructured into Caitong Securities Co., Ltd.
7. In January 2022, Caitong Securities signed a counseling agreement with Huachuang Securities, preparing the application documents for the initial public offering of shares.

1. Securities Brokerage: A core business of Caitong Securities, mainly providing securities trading services such as stocks, funds, and bonds.
2. Investment Banking: Includes services such as the New Third Board, equity financing, bond financing, and regional equity markets.
3. Asset Management: Offers services such as collective asset management, special asset management, private placements, and asset securitization.
4. Research and Consulting: Provides investment consulting services related to macroeconomic analysis, industry analysis, company research, and strategy reports.
5. Bond Trading: Provides services such as bond underwriting, market maker, and proprietary trading.
6. Securities Investment: Provides services such as fund investment, quantitative investment, and equity investment. Caitong Securities offers a diversified range of investment products and plans for clients through its own and external channels.
7. Futures Business: Primarily operated by its wholly owned subsidiary Caitong Futures Co., Ltd. Caitong Futures Co., Ltd. provides a multi-dimensional range of futures and derivatives services, including commodity futures brokerage, financial futures brokerage, futures investment consulting, asset management, and risk management.

Corporate Honors

In recent years, Caitong Securities has been evaluated as a double A-class securities company for corporate bond underwriting credit evaluation and company bond business practice capability for three consecutive years, and has ranked in the top 20 in the National Development and Reform Commission's credit evaluation of corporate bond underwriters for seven consecutive years. Additionally, Caitong Securities has received several awards such as the Outstanding Contribution Award for Corporate Bond Underwriting Organizations, the Chinese Region Exchange Bond Investment Banking Jin Ding Award, the Chinese Region Bond Project Jin Ding Award, the Chinese Securities Growth APP Jin Ding Award, and the New Wealth Most Promising Investment Advisor Team Award.
