Development History
The development history of Northeast Securities traces back to Jilin Securities Company. With the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Jilin Securities Company restructured and established Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. in June 2000 by increasing capital and shares. In August 2007, Jinzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Liulu Industrial Co., Ltd. absorbed and merged Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. through directional repurchase of shares and exchange of newly added shares, officially renaming it as “Northeast Securities Co., Ltd.” In the same August, Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with the stock abbreviation “Northeast Securities.”
