DMALINK is the brand of DMA LINK LIMITED, established in 2014, registered in the UK, and headquartered in London. The company has offices in Ebène, Mauritius, and Miami, Florida, USA.
DMALINK is an independent electronic price discovery and execution venue offering anonymous, proactively tailored, and sustainable pricing for professional FX traders. It focuses particularly on emerging markets, Scandie crosses, and CE3 currencies.
DMALINK provides up to 12 levels of liquidity and depth in the FX spot market, with strong capabilities to execute large orders for both CLS and non-CLS currencies during market volatility. All transactions are matched and booked through industry-standard Straight Through Processing (STP) back-office systems.
DMALINK’s business offerings include client-customized pricing, anonymous execution, sustainable liquidity, ultra-low latency connectivity and infrastructure, low-risk central clearing and settlement, as well as dedicated support and long-term partnerships.
DMALINK mainly serves banks, funds, corporations, and proprietary trading firms.
Users engaging in FX trading on the DMALINK platform may incur some costs. These costs include spread charges, which might be applied to each FX spot and bullion order executed on the platform after the user acknowledges and accepts DMALINK. DMALINK agrees to invoice the user, who must make payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
Besides spread costs, if the user connects to DMALINK via a third-party provider that charges service fees to DMALINK, those fees may also be added to the user’s costs.
For users who have been invoiced, DMALINK will, at the end of each calendar month, calculate the total notional value in USD of all transactions executed by the user during that month. Both the user and DMALINK acknowledge and agree that the related fees are determined based on the average monthly trading volume and must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
For API connections, aside from batch fees, each connection may incur a session fee. The session fee is $750/month for each API session active or activated within a calendar month. However, connections that achieve at least $500 million in trading volume per month are exempt from the session fee. To meet various connection needs, DMALINK may waive the session fee depending on the number of connections, provided that the average trading volume per connection is at least $500 million. There is no session fee applicable for connections within the first 90 days of activation.
