I already paid them a processing fee and verified everything on their platform. They say the system fee is related to platform maintenance and security upgrades, and without it, they can’t proceed. Sounds like total nonsense. They won’t deduct it from my balance and keep repeating that it’s refundable “after disbursement.” I’ve heard that line before, and it never leads anywhere. Is there a legal authority I can contact? Has anyone pushed back and gotten results?
