The latest excuse involves a "tax verification" process that supposedly requires an upfront final fee before the funds can be unlocked. This is not how taxation works in any legitimate jurisdiction; taxes are either withheld or reported, not paid as a separate fee to a private platform. SeamanFx is clearly attempting to execute a slow rug-pull by trapping user capital and demanding extra payments. I am currently monitoring their wallet addresses and will be sharing my findings with the broader community to prevent others from falling for this $1,217.39 trap.
