I’ve never heard of this in any regulated platform. They say it’s non-refundable and must be paid before I can withdraw. I already sent them all documents, and they previously confirmed everything was fine. Why this now? They can’t provide any legal or regulatory explanation. It’s clear they are inventing charges.
