I requested escalation to a compliance officer; the ticket was closed without explanation. This isn’t customer service—it’s a shakedown masquerading as policy. I’ve seen too many victims pay once, twice, three times, and still never receive their money. Don’t feed the machine. Report the domain, compare notes with other users, and keep a record of every promise they break.
