This is the fifth unexpected charge I’ve been asked to pay. Every time I think I’ve completed all their steps, a new charge appears. They say the fee is necessary to “equalize portfolio valuations” before they can release the funds. This explanation makes no sense to me. I’m not even involved in a portfolio—this is just a simple withdrawal of my own funds. I asked them for official documentation to back up this charge, but they haven’t provided anything substantial. Instead, they’ve continued to send vague responses. I’m starting to feel like I’m being held hostage by this platform.
