This fee came out of nowhere. It was never mentioned on their website or during the onboarding process. I had already complied with every KYC step and submitted all documentation weeks ago. Their support offered no explanation, just repeating: “The fee is required to finalize the transaction.” That’s not good enough. I’ve lost all trust. These hidden charges are nothing more than a barrier to prevent users from getting their money out. They let you deposit and trade easily—but when it’s time to withdraw, the real face comes out. This is not an honest business. It’s a scam platform designed to drain users dry under the guise of financial procedures.

When I finally tried to withdraw, the platform informed me of a new “client-level verification charge.” It was never mentioned during sign-up or anywhere in their policies. I complied with all prior steps, including full KYC, and now they want more? I demanded written proof—nothing. They just said it’s “part of internal policy,” yet couldn’t provide documentation. That’s a red flag. I’ve realized they’re not in the business of trading—they’re in the business of blocking withdrawals. This is a deceptive operation, built to steal from users. I believe this platform is a scam and should be reported.
