This was never listed in their fee structure or mentioned during the onboarding process. I completed all KYC and document submissions, and my account was approved for withdrawals. But now, at the payout stage, they have introduced this surprise fee with no documentation to back it up. Support kept repeating vague statements like “required for account processing” without providing official policies. It’s clear they are creating fake barriers to block users from withdrawing funds. I feel deceived and angry for trusting this platform. BittrexMarkets is hiding behind professional emails and a clean interface, but their actions prove it’s a scam designed to drain users financially with invented fees. I will never recommend this broker to anyone.

Just when I thought I could withdraw, the platform added a “release fee” that I had never heard of. There was no prior notice, and I followed every verification step they required.
