This fee was never disclosed during sign-up, deposit, or verification. My account was confirmed and approved weeks ago, and I was told that withdrawals were quick and seamless. However, they have now introduced this fee out of thin air, claiming it is “mandatory.” When I asked for proof, they sent generic replies and refused to provide a document showing this fee in their policy.
