Their support team offered no official invoice or terms update—just an email saying the charge is required for “security consistency checks.” That’s vague and meaningless. I invested real money into this platform and now I’m stuck watching them invent obstacles. It’s emotionally exhausting and financially damaging. I want to know if anyone has actually gotten past this and received their funds, or if it’s all smoke and mirrors.
