I feel like they are just inventing fees to make it impossible for me to get my money back. When I asked for a formal explanation or legal documentation to support this fee, they refused to provide anything clear. It seems like a scam, and I’m starting to lose trust in this platform. Has anyone else experienced this “transaction validation fee”? What steps did you take to resolve the situation?

The latest obstacle? A “terminal payout duty” they say costs $2,600, due immediately before releasing funds. I’ve done everything they asked and now this fee appears out of nowhere.
