My account has been fully operational for a few months, and I've made deposits and viewed my balance with no problems. This new "compliance and audit fee" appeared only when I tried to close my account and withdraw all my funds. It's a last-minute attempt to extort money, and their refusal to provide a clear itemized breakdown of the fee is highly suspicious.

Out of nowhere, they required a $1,500 “trading verification fee” before withdrawal. I had already completed all verifications. Nothing in their documentation mentioned this fee.
