They claim this fee is part of an “updated regulatory framework,” but they can’t show where this framework exists or why it applies only when I request a withdrawal. I asked for documentation—nothing. Their answers get more vague with every message. I combed through their terms and found no mention of any monitoring fee. It’s obvious they’re adding obstacles only when money is leaving the platform. Volta Fx’s behavior strongly suggests they’re using compliance as an excuse to stall withdrawals and pressure users into unnecessary payments.
