This charge was never mentioned in any contract or terms during registration or funding. I had fully completed all KYC steps and was told my account was verified for withdrawals. The fee appeared only at the withdrawal stage, blocking my funds. Requests for documentation to justify this fee were met with evasive and scripted responses. This is clearly a scam technique designed to extort more money from traders. I am angry and advise everyone to stay away from this platform.
