$1,750 “transaction approval surcharge” that was never disclosed

I submitted all required documents and was told my account was ready for withdrawal. Then this unexpected fee appeared and blocked my payout. When I asked for official proof or contractual evidence, support gave me only evasive and generic responses. This is clearly a fraudulent attempt to trap funds and extort money. I feel deceived and warn others to be very cautious.
