When I asked for evidence, they simply told me the system “cannot generate user-facing documentation.” That’s not transparency—that’s evasion. So now my withdrawal is frozen until I pay for a process I never asked for and that they can’t explain. The whole situation reeks of manufactured fees designed to prevent users from accessing their own money.
