The changes covered the IBD 50, Big Cap 20, IPO Leaders and Stock Spotlight lists, with 10 stocks added in total.
Hasbro revenue rises 15% as EPS reaches $2.90
Based in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Hasbro owns toy, games and media brands including Transformers, Play-Doh, Monopoly and Mr. Potato Head. The company said Tuesday that earnings rose 73% year over year to $2.90 per share. Revenue increased 15% to $1.595 billion.
After the results were released, HAS shares reached their highest level in seven years and joined the IBD Big Cap 20 list. Hasbro received a Composite Rating of 99, the highest possible score.
Cloud-based electronic-signature software provider DocuSign was also added to Big Cap 20. Payments company Corpay joined the list at the same time, while EOG Resources, Visa and Marathon Petroleum were removed. Marathon Petroleum remained on the Stock Spotlight list despite leaving Big Cap 20.
Kiniksa reaches record high and joins IBD 50
Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals' shares strengthened after the company reported earnings and broke out of a consolidation pattern last Thursday. The stock reached a record high on Tuesday and was added to the IBD 50, a list focused on companies with strong relative price performance and fundamentals. CrowdStrike was removed from the growth-stock list.
Recently listed enterprise-software company Navan was added to IPO Leaders. Its shares had risen in nine of the previous 10 trading sessions. Financial technology company Chime Financial also joined IPO Leaders, which had no removals in this update.
Marathon Petroleum draws attention as earnings estimates climb
Marathon Petroleum touched a record high on Monday, and its shares continued to trade near that level on Tuesday. Analysts expect the company to report quarterly earnings of $25.34 per share, up 742% from the same period a year earlier. Revenue is projected to rise 30% to $46.6 billion. Marathon Petroleum was also added to Stock Spotlight.
The latest Stock Spotlight additions were HF Sinclair, Marathon Petroleum, cloud and artificial-intelligence platform operator Nutanix, and remittance-services company Remitly Global. Appian, BP, Okeanis Eco Tankers and Torm were removed.
The different treatment of Marathon Petroleum—removed from Big Cap 20 but added to Stock Spotlight—illustrates that the lists use separate selection criteria.
Updates span large-cap, growth and newly listed stocks
As of 5:50 p.m. Eastern time on October 20, 2026, the update covered four lists. Kiniksa joined IBD 50; Corpay, DocuSign and Hasbro joined Big Cap 20; Chime Financial and Navan joined IPO Leaders; and HF Sinclair, Marathon Petroleum, Nutanix and Remitly Global joined Stock Spotlight. No companies were added to or removed from IBD Sector Leaders.
The lists use different screening methods and focus on factors such as growth, earnings, share-price performance and newly listed companies. The changes reflect the results of those screens and do not indicate how the companies will perform in the future. In this update, the main company developments were Hasbro's earnings growth, Kiniksa's breakout to a record high and the sharp increase in Marathon Petroleum's quarterly earnings estimate.
